解决方法：

第一步：重新注册动态链接库。

1、Win+X组合键呼出隐藏菜单，点击其中命令提示符(管理员)；

2、在管理员：运行命令提示符窗口，输入for %1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1后回车运行。

　第二步：下载安装Microsoft Visual C++最新版本并安装

方法给二：

同时按下win+x，打开【运行】窗口，然后输入【regedit】

单击确定-打开注册表编辑器，依次打开【HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→SOFTWARE→microsoft→Windows→CurrentVersion→Run】，

然后找到【runtime】项，删掉
